Secular Youth Club is a dedicated non-profit organization, established in 2012 with a strong vision by an inspirational leader, Mr. Manjit Singh Virk. The organization has been based in Patran, Distt. Patiala, Punjab, India. Beginning with only a team of 8 members, we now have over 300 active volunteers, united in our mission, helping the poor and needy.
Secular Youth Club aims to empower the needy people in 100+ villages of the Patran, Patiala area with effective social services free of cost. Our vision is the motivation of social justice, equality, and upliftment of the community, and to be renowned as the Best NGO in Patran.
At the Secular Youth Club, we feel that every person should be given an equal opportunity to live their life with dignity and hope. Our spirit of compassion and service has been our driving force since we started back in 2012. We will ensure that with the assistance of our volunteers and the community, we will make the lives of the most vulnerable individuals change permanently. The Secular Youth Club Patran proudly provides a wide range of services for helping the poor and needy, completely free of cost.
Creating supportive and healthy learning environments, providing resources for women and children.
Assisting the poor and needy girls to celebrate their marriages with dignity and love, eliminating financial burdens.
Providing study materials and scholarships to poor children to learn without barriers.
Frequent blood donation drives, full body medical examinations, and eye operation and checkup camps.
Providing immediate support, necessary assistance, food, and household items to the affected families during natural disasters, without added costs.
Engaging in diverse programs and social work that target the welfare of the community.
With our operation base at Patran, we have reached more than 100 villages within the Patiala district. Being one of the Best NGO In Patiala, we strive to impact the lives of hundreds of people every year positively.
We started this organization in 2012 with only 8 members as founding members, and our team has expanded considerably since then. Currently, we have 300+ passionate ngo team members available round the clock to work collaboratively for social welfare, free of cost. Together, we combine our skills, experience, and dedication for helping the poor and needy in our area. United by a common vision, the Secular Youth Club strives to be recognized as one of the Best NGO In Punjab.
Since its inception, our organization has been honored with several awards for our impactful work in social welfare and community development. Different social leaders and governing bodies have been appreciating our unwavering dedication to social welfare. These achievements and honors are what empower us to make a difference in Punjab and beyond.

We were particularly given honor by Acharya Devvrat (Hon'ble Ex-Governor of Himachal Pradesh, 2017) because of our outstanding and impartial dedication to the work of non-discriminatory social welfare. Such a high level of recognition justifies our mission in terms of integrity and breadth.

The Hon. Chief Minister of Punjab, S. Bhagwant Mann, has cited and personally recognized our effective efforts in the community.

In 2023, MLA Kulwant Singh Baazigar (Constituency Shutrana, Patiala) presented an award in his honor in recognition of offering timely and decisive relief services during the major Punjab floods.

Our very important public health activity, regular Blood Donation Camps and medical/eye operation camps, is officially appreciated by the Government of Punjab multiple times.

Our unwavering dedication during the devastating floods in Punjab has been formally recognized our efforts by several village heads and local authorities in our area. This was an appreciation of our timely and urgent action in the distribution of rations, the organisation of free medical camps, and the provision of affected persons with free medicines instantly.
